Why This Matters
A key part of responding to the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action is to eliminate educational gaps. For some faculties, this has meant focusing on ensuring that they have more Indigenous learners within their programs.
How we will do this
Faculties have set measurable goals for recruitment. In each of the Faculty’s sections you will find their goal, a graph that maps their current, short and long term goal rate of retention, and a description of the intervention they are taking to enable them to reach their goals.
